Interview
I applied online, after which I was directed to complete a pymetrics assessment online. After passing the assessment, a HR personnel emailed me to arrange for 3 interviews with different seniors - the hiring manager and 2 other adjacent level leads.
The actual interview with the hiring manager was really unpleasant. The interview was hardly a conversation. It was robotic. Felt like I was in an examination. Was a really weird experience and very different from other interviews I have done. The only good thing was the rejection feedback was pretty quick and at least the company bothered to close the loop unlike other companies.
