Online with the Managing Director and Owner. Pleasant review of resume. Discussion of Artistic objectives and rebound from Covid19. The first interview was focused on artistic objectives. The second talked about the touring area and some creative ideas for production.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stanley Hotel (Estes Park, CO) in May 2018
Interview
Terrible process. HR was a nightmare and communication between sales leadership and them was not there. Should have seen this as a flag. Go back to the basics and don't just fill a position to fill a position

Question 1
basic interview questions and dodged around why there was so much turnover in sales. Should have seen this as a flag. They have you stay up there and meet with people that are so jaded by the hotel it is pointless. Go back to the basics
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Stanley Hotel (Estes Park, CO)
Interview
I was called for an interview within a day or two of applying. I met with the VP of finance the very next day. Was disappointing that I did not get any feedback at all regarding the interview (even after leaving a voice message with HR thanking them for the opportunity and expressing my continued interest) and found out only via LinkedIn.com that the position was filled. The culture is very much a resort-type hospitality culture with lots of different departments appeared to be lots of fun. I learned much about the history of the establishment during the interview which was rather interesting!
