Started off with a phone interview. Asked basic questions about work history. Basically making sure that I was worth the time and effort to schedule an interview. Interview with District Manager and Regional HR Manager was a few days later. Interview did not really fit any format. DM really just wanted to get to know me and determine what kind of managment style I had. Thye threw out a few hypothetical situations and asked how I would react and deal with them. I later found out that many of the questions were related to how I would manage specific personality types in the store that she ultimately put me in. The store that I was placed in had a very tenured staff that knew there stuff and were very good, but also very stubborn and often not willing to change things that they had been doing for years.
