I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Staples (New York, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
I submitted about 10-20 online job listings. In a day or two, I received a phone call saying how they wanted to interview me, and performed a phone interview. That same week, they wanted me in person for another interview. I waited an hour earlier, but I ended up sitting around for about 2 hours while things were busy. Once called, the process dealt with questions, and they liked me after the interview. I was hired post background check, but it took a month before I was able to start with them.

Interview
Interviewing with Staples was surprisingly easy, they asked a few simple questions about computers, such as what tools can be used to do a backup of a hard drive; what are the main companies making processors; etc. All easy questions, and then they asked about previous job history.
