Interview
The process was talk to HR, Karat interview round, 3 rounds of onsite interviews. The onsite was broken down by 1 hour of technical programming interview, 1 hour behavioral, and 1 hour system design.
I had a good chat with the CTO and the hiring manager for the behavioral. But then I got to the technical round and got asked a leetcode hard level question. I just don't understand the point of asking that question? If they told me I would get a leetcode hard, I wouldn't have wasted my time interviewing.

Interview
Alright, so it starts off with the recruiter reaching out and scheduling a Karat Interview.
The Karat Interview goes off without a hitch, and the next round is with the hiring manager. Scheduling this interview took a little while as I had to pester the recruiter three times to get that round scheduled.
I get asked for availability for the final rounds, I put it into their calendar. After waiting 6 days, I try to send an email to the recruiter again. The email to the recruiter fails to send.
Turns out, that the position is no longer available, the recruiters do not care to let you know whether the position was filled in or not, and just radio silence after spending a good 7-8 hours prepping, interviewing, and speaking with members of the team. I generally do not post anything because there are enough stories of terrible interviews and experiences, but this is just completely unacceptable.
A complete waste of time all in all. Stay away!

60 minutes hands on with medium complexity math algorithms. Any language of your choice, guided online session. Friendly conversation, generally good experience. Afterwards we discussed tech stack of the company and team structure
