Very thorough, went through several interviews both over the phone and in person to receive consideration for a position as a Licensed sales producer. Valid questions in regard to skill level and adaptive nature for a role im sales

What skills do you bring to the table that would help you be good in a sales role?
Every office is independently owned so I think the interview will be different for each person. I definitely recommend being on time and dressing appropriate. Also ask all the questions you have about the company and how the commission structure works.

Slot about past sales experience and what I won’t out of this job. Also if I want to own my office one day.
Depends on the agent but most agents have to use same questions, STAR method. My agent was pretty laid back but did not let me know how much cold calling would actually take place. Also very generic interview questions and made it seem they were very involved when they actually are very delegatory once they have people work for them
