Applied Oct 9th, 2 days later took the assessment test ( pretty simple) then 21st was my phone interview and got the job offer. Accepted Contingent of y background/drug test. I'm excited to begin with this company. I hope to grow with the HR department with the next 2years

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
