It was short and the office agent was not sure what to hire me as considering I was already licsended in Life insurance with 2+ years experience in the industry and over 10 years in sales

What made you decide to apply for the position of customer service?
The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.
The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.

Interview
The interview was very personal and relaxed. The owner of this agency was very flexible, understanding, and kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable when sharing about myself and my experience.
