Interview
The interview process went quickly and I was called back after 4 weeks from the start of me filling out an application. The process was not as hard and I was able to relax from the questions I read about from Glass Door.
Very simple digital interview, but long and drawn out call backs. It took a month and a half after my second interview to hear any news back after being told I would be contacted for a Zoom interview.
Very straightforward, had a pre-recorded interview first and then a zoom interview with the office manager. Standard questions about office experience and customer service. Took awhile to get back with an offer but that seems to be the trend nowadays.
