Interview
I was initially seeking a part time job to start earning money and standing in my community my freshman year of college. Through connecting with people in the athletic department at CU, I was able to network and found a fit at a local state farm agents office. She was very knowledgeable and also knew that I had no idea where the insurance business could take me. She knew so many things about me prior to my entrance into her office. She was very easy going and mad the conversation very relaxed.

Interview
It was a pretty standard interview. Went into the office and answered a few questions, shook hands, and went home. The business owner was very straight forward and no nonsense.
