I applied through university. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a virtual hirevue round, and the second/final round was a virtual interview with two professionals within a specific area of the investments team based on the preference that you shared (private equity, corporate bonds, or real estate) The interviews were entirely behavioral, but almost all the behavioral questions were multi-level.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Talk about a time you failed? What did you learn from it?
How were you able to deliver difficult news to a co-worker or team member?
Describe your passion for markets and how you stay up to date. Not really technical. More behavioral. Very easy interview. First with HR then the team. Overall not bad. Try and network before hand.
