They take their time first you speak with someone over the phone, then they send three different online assessments. If you pass those they send an email after a few weeks to tell you when your interview is scheduled, usually another two weeks to a month out. After the interview it can weeks before they let you know if they accept you. Then a few more weeks and you take the drug test, then a few more weeks and you get an email with a start date. The whole process was about 3-4 months long.
