Interview
Applied to quite a few work-from-home positions. State Farm was always at the top of my list. I submitted my resume and the next day was invited to to the pre-employment test. Which was basic. Included a typing test. An hour later I received an interview invite. I waited 2 days to interview to prep. It's virtual and pretty straightforward. You get 2 chances to record your response for each question. There was about 7. The next business day I was sent an ambiguous email that kind of lead me to believe I got the position without saying so directly. Next followed an email asking to schedule a phone call with the talent recruiter. That phone was very pleasant and includes an employment offer. Total time 6 days. 2 were weekend days.
Pretty straight forward hiring process. Its a great experience. Made me re learn skills and learn a few along the way. Its a rewarding HireVue interview experience. Not too many in between person to dealt with. HR is impressive and communicative with you. They really care

Interview
Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
