I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at State Farm (Bloomington, IL) in Apr 2012
Interview
* Phone screen with managers
* On-site interview with managers, analysts, and executives
* Job talk/presentation to managers and analysts
* Q&A with managers about how you would approach problems and the solutions you'd consider
* Behavior-base interview that asks about situations, task, action, result (STAR)
* HR Recruiting completely dropped the ball on communicating what I needed for the interview. I was told at 8pm the night before the interview that I needed to do a presentation. If you interview with State Farm, get information from both HR and the hiring manager to ensure you're prepared.

Interview with recruiter, then recruiter and hiring manager, then in-person. The recruiter interview is more just a chronological overview, whereas the hiring manager one is a S.T.A.R (look it up) based interview. Just create a bank of things you've done and practice talking through them. They seemed really nice, genuine, and easy to work with.
