During the interview process I met with Owner of Franchise location and other team lead. The range of questioning was pretty good. Of course it is sales focused. Role play was included, but was a great interview process.

Discuss a scenario where you had a conflict at work and had to resolve it.
The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.

The interview was very personal and relaxed. The owner of this agency was very flexible, understanding, and kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable when sharing about myself and my experience.

What is one thing that you are looking for in a job?
The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.
