I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Olathe, KS)
Interview
The first part of it is a test on the computer to ensure that you can type quickly and accurately. You also do some 'mock' calls where a "customer" puts in orders for a product (its all pre-recorded, no real people). Once you go through all of that you do a online video interview called Hirevue where it has 8 questions that you record your answer to. You get 1 or 2 tries to answer each one. I did that on the 9th, and its now the 14th and I still havent heard anything so I'm assuming I didnt get the position.
