I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at State Farm (Irvine, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Multiple phone interviews and face to face interviews with the Agent, his head of HR, and his senior over-seer. The process can be expedited to however passionate or determined the agent is on bringing you on. Felt great during the interview process, super close and tight nit environment with the other team members and the agent who was super friendly, informative, and professional!

Interview
I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.
I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Southaven, MS) in May 2026
Interview
It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
