I had a phone interview. The interviewer was prompt and friendly. Although they claim to accommodate people with medical issues, I was told that I would be required to come to the office 1 week per month. I explained that I have vision issues that prevent me from driving, and the interviewer said that coming into the office for 1 week per month was not negotiable. I ended the interview because it is not safe for me to drive.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
