Interview process was very smooth. Be yourself and answer question based on previous or current job experience. If there are questions, ask them in interview. Understanding commissions especially. Also, I was offered the job quickly and the background check wasn’t as long a some other companies.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
