really easy over the phone interview just a lot of questions. just be prepared and be honest and you will get hired. there are also personality tests that you have to take and a typing test the typing test was very easy and the personality test I just answered the way that I thought they would want me to answer. Not too tricky and they are always hiring because people get burned out very fast at this job.

The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.

The interview was very personal and relaxed. The owner of this agency was very flexible, understanding, and kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable when sharing about myself and my experience.

The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.
