Smooth process. Initial recruiter screening which is typical for an in-house position. Then interview with Manager/hiring attorneys. Of course, an offer is contingent on background screening. Background check only took a few days.
Interview process includes a computer assessment, phone interview with a recruiter, and final interview with staff. It’s straightforward, but the staff seemed a little standoffish during the final stage. I
