Steelscape interview questions

Received a call from the recruiter to have an introductory screening, they kept rescheduling, then went radio silent for around two weeks. Then they reached out again for an interview, which we did finally have - a total of 3 weeks for a screening interview. The interview was fine, the recruiter was having a health issue at the time, I asked if they wanted to reschedule and they declined. However, they kept mixing up the questions they asked me, and was having issues with wording the questions for a proper interview experience. They then told me someone would reach out within a few days for a follow up interview. I waited, but never received a follow up request, so I reached out around 10 days after. 3 days later I then received an automated message at 1am stating the company went with someone else.
