I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had a phone screen with one of the Senior Engineers at the company. They asked straightforward questions, and were polite and professional. The questions were not too technical but more broad with respect to experience using different technologies.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix in Mar 2022
Interview
Disorganized process. I spoke with the internal recruiter and we both agreed the position sounded like a good fit. I followed up a week later, 2 weeks later, and finally heard back that she was still working on scheduling a second interview. Never heard back after that..
Felt very unprofessional and disorganized interview process. Please don't ghost your interviewees, it takes 5 seconds to send a rejection email.

Interview
Quick interview with team lead to go over my resume, skills, and history. Then given a take home project to do in a week-ish.
Spent a ton of time getting it just right, submitted it, and then received a template rejection a few days later. No offer of feedback, no chance to figure out what was wrong. Incredibly disappointing after spending hours on the project to get nothing but a plain rejection email.
