      Remote Stitch Fix Stylist Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2019

      Interview

They have you prepare a fix for two clients on a pinterest board before hand. Be prepared to talk about why you chose each piece for each client. Also be prepared to talk about dressing different body types. I found the actual interview process to be positive, straight forward, warm and welcoming. My biggest issue was that I went to get on the wrong elevator and then when I was checking my email to see where I was supposed to be, I walked into a glass wall HARD. I gave myself a bloody nose. After already getting rained on. I cleaned up, and decided if I went through all that I might as well go through with the interview still. Instead of being 30 minutes early like I would have been, I got there right on time which is not like me at all. I was super flustered. My nose hurt so bad it started to give me a migraine mid interview. When it came to the last few questions I was in so much pain I couldn't think straight. My nose is still black and blue and I had a headache all weekend only to find out I didnt get the job :( which sucks because it would've been so great for my family and I know I would've been great at it if I would've showed up as myself and not the mess that I showed up as :(. But everything happens for a reason! So my biggest advice is show up extra early. Be extra prepared for traffic, weather and glass doors (lol) and show up as yourself. The interview itself was very warm and would have been a lot better if I wasn't sp frazzled. Something else is meant for me if the universe went out of it's way to keep me from there (lol) but I do think this is a great opportunity so if you have the chance, go do it and good luck! :)
