Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I applied online. My grandfather knew the owners and sent my application to them. They sent it to all of their stores. I was called by two stores and set up an interview with one of them. I waled in to the interview and she hired me right away, no questions asked, I was shocked. She said they were in dire need of help so they would take anyone.

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
