Interview
I was interviewed first by the store manager. After a wait of a couple of weeks, the regional manager for this particular owner got back to me for my second interview. After a wait of another couple of weeks, I was finally contacted by the store manager, and offered the job, starting two days from her phone call.

Question 1
Can you recall a situation where something didn't go as planned, and how did you respond to it?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
