Easy informal , I applied and was called right away. Went in next day for the interview. I was hired on the spot. I appreciate it they don’t waste your time.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and easy. The current manager sat doen and explained what my duties would be and asked me a couple of questions. Then asked if i saw any problems with accepting the position.
The interviewer asked professional, thoughtful questions and offered helpful advice that really boosted my confidence. I appreciated their communication style, approach, and skills, which made me feel comfortable, supported, and respected throughout the entire interaction.
Good. Informative. Got the job. It was an easy interview process and they asked easy questions. I’d recommend studying the history of subway to better understand their business model. Such a great experience.
