Interview
I went in and found the owners of the Subway there and asked if they were hiring and if they had time to sit down and talk with me. We sat down and they asked me the basics like if I had any experience and what I would do in various situations. I'm sure each owner varies in their interview process but the people I talked to were easy going and they were desperate for employees so I started the next day.

Question 1
What kind of food have you dealt with in the kitchen?
It was alright, a group interview. It wasn't too formal and it was an interesting selection of people in the group. There was one interviewer and four interviewees (including myself). I found it interesting that the interview was held in the middle of the store (which was pretty small) and so customers were able to watch what was going on.
