Applied online and recieved a phone call about a week later offering me an interview at their store. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was taken through to the store room with the manager. She sat me at a table and went out for a cigarette whilst I filled out the forms! I was only asked about 3 questions then she showed me out. She took no interest in the interview at all.

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
