I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. After filling out the application, I was asked to come to New York for a group interview. There was 22 of us there and they had done other group interviews the week before. They said that they had many openings, which was a red flag that they had such a high turnover rate.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
