You first do a video interview on Wepow (they only give you one attempt to answer each question), then a trial task that's completed in 48 hours, then a live Zoom call. The woman who interviewed me made the experience uncomfortable. She said she felt I was being dishonest when I told her what my weakness was and restated the question, as if she wanted me to change my answer. She kept misinterpreting my answers and twisting my words. It seemed like she had very harsh critiques for everything that I was saying, which made the experience very unpleasant.
