Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, we had a phone screen, and then I had a Zoom interview with who would be my boss. The recruiter gave me specifics on what questions to prepare for, ask, etc.

Tell me about a negative experience you had with a supervisor.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools in Dec 2022
Interview
The process itself was a good one but long. I went trough three different interview rounds about 45 min each and I did trial work I submitted to them. And then they ghosted me. I couldn't believe I had gotten that far in the process and they won't even tell me I didn't get the position. Super unprofessional and very disappointed since I thought everyone I talked to was nice.
