The interview started with a Zoom call where I met an HR person who claimed to have not been in a school in a few years. She was very nice, and knew about the curriculum, but was limited on what she knew about the "nuts and bolts." Then we moved to a portion where I recorded myself for two questions (to show to other HR people and a principal), and then I had to answer two questions to show my writing skills.
