A thorough recruitment process involving:
1 - Initial application with technical questions
2 - Second round of technical questions
3 - First Interview
4 - Final Interview
The whole process was conducted remotely, following a highly structured approach. Both rounds of technical questioning were interesting and relevant for the role, with adequate time provided to complete them. The interviews were mediocre. There was little attempt at a conversation as they followed role-specific pre-agreed questions, which unfortunately failed to flow. Apart from the cheerful lead recruiter, the selected interview team appeared disinterested from the onset, making the session slightly awkward. Overall it was a fair process lasting three weeks, and people who fit all the necessary experience should be confident to apply.
