The interview process was well organized by an outside recruiter, called recruiterbox. They asked for a resume but no cover letter. They asked four questions related to the job to answer instead. Once through the application process, they had a 90 minute online written task with three questions. One was how would you approach a compensation review, one was an interpersonal issue where an employee wanted to change from one campaign team to another and the last asked you to outline a 60 minute training on giving difficult feedback. Once complete, there was a 45 minute interview with three people from SumOfUs. If chosen, there is another online task and another interview before selection. The process was straight forward and organized and the recruiter communicated clearly throughout the process, including when I was eliminated. I very much appreciated this communication. However, the questions and screening revealed an organization with significant internal issues. Most all of the questions they asked in screening indicate an organization that has significant power struggles and little internal vision. I was not selected for the final task and interview. The in-person interview was 45 minutes and all of the interviewers seemed more concerned about finishing on-time rather than actually listening to what a candidate had to say.
