Interview
The interview process is 6 days of training with a 3 hour exam called the evaluation. It is great way to interview candidates and for candidates to interview the company. There is homework and the test is challenging for people no background. I would study Python , OOP , MySQL, and Django in advance in order to pass the evaluation. Algorithm practice is also helpful. If you don't get selected, you can apply again and take the exams again. There is training pay for most people unless they are not sure of the person doing well. They won't send you out to their clients until you are prepared to do well. What is the difference between python 2 and python 3? What is inheritance? Encapsulation? Polymorphism? Abstract classes, and Interfaces, APIs, My SQL commands, There are multiple interviews. You must pass the mock interview before being sent to a client and also the client interview. So there are a series of interviews. They look for people who can both talk and code. And they will find visas for people who needs them as long as the talent is there.
