I applied online. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living in Feb 2017
Interview
It was a one-on-one interview. I felt comfortable right away and not nervous. The lady who interviewed me was extremely nice and had a calming presence. She mostly just talked about Sunrise, told me about the job, and asked me a few questions, and then asked me if I had any questions.

Question 1
What would you do if one of the CNAs ignored an order you gave them?
The interview process consisted of a telephone interview with a recruiter and two in-person interviews in the community. All interviews were completed within a week and the process was seamless.
Phone, then in person. Easy to set up. Informal. Average. No difficult questions. People are extremely nice and try their best to make it a pleasant process. Met several possible new co-workers during the in person interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living in Feb 2018
Interview
Met with Ms. Marina Cruz who was very friendly and nice. They really needed a night shift nurse asap, so she just told me straight forward what to expect, and what I would need to do to prepare. I have no experience, but she was willing to train me. After the interview, she gave me a tour of the facility, and introduced me to the staff. Overall the experience was great.
