I was invited to a group interview after graduating from the American Red Cross. I was hired on that same day. Then I was invited back to complete some paperwork.

Interview
Got called for a group interview the day after I applied, although others in the group said it took over a month to get a call after they applied. A few days after the group interview I got a call from the manager to come in for a job shadow for a few few hours. After that, it took a week or two to actually offer me the job, then another two weeks of training (shadowing) a current senior care manager.
