Sunseeker Resort interview questions

I was told that I would be receiving an offer letter and was expecting to start work within 30 days. After 30 days, I hadn’t received anything and reached out. Then, by email, was informed that I wasn’t moving forward in the hiring process. I had stopped interviewing for other positions because I had verbally accepted the position at the interview. If I hadn’t reached out, I would have never heard back from them. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to working at their beautiful site.
