Question 1
"tell me an occasion when have you worked as part of a team"
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Superdrug (Leicester, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied in store and was offered an interview on the spot. Interview was positive (Leicester Fosse Park store) and friendly. I could see that my interviewer had a list of questions, was jotting down my answers and then gave each answer a score. I was told at the end that they were hiring based on the scores alone (and availability I assume). I didn't hear back from them which was disappointing, I would have at least liked an email to let me know I was unsuccessful.

Question 1
What would you say to greet a customer in the store?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Superdrug (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Phone call to come in for an interview with the manager. Easy questions. Hired me on the spot though I had no prior sales experience. The training was decent, but could be improved as can the attitude of the managers who I felt could be patronising and rude.
