Interview
Dropped my CV in to the store, was called on the same day to attend an interview the following week. I had the interview and then did a trial run on shop floor. I was phoned about 2hours after I left the interview to let me know I had the job
Boring , didn’t seem to care what j wanted to do. Just said the hours on offer, I asked questions but seemed uninterested. I asked which sections I would be on and confirmed ad hoc.
Not complicated, straight forward tell me about a time you went above and beyond, why do you want to work for us? Tell me about your relevant experience, what do you know about us? What does great customer experience look like?
Applied online i think i heard back pretty fast got given interview dates to pick from and then confirmed it. Very simple general interview nothing to worry about mostly scenario questions and when I'd shown calmess under pressure etc
