Interview
You will get handed 2 test papers to do which are very easy to complete. They involve a maths paper with simple addition and subtraction and an English one which is very simple. Once completed you will have a fave to fave interview where they will explain more about the job and ask you questions as to why you want the job etc. If you get the job they will give you more papers to write a 5 year reference of past jobs, schools, college etc.

Interview
Simple group interview to get to know you, and overview of the company. Some, paperwork to prove ability to work, and competency . Just provide safety application along with interest the company.
Simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Applications are online and then a phone interview, in person interview, and potentially a final phone interview. It is relatively simple
Quick and easy but it seemed like they hire anybody. The questions are super vague and it feels like they are trying to just get people in the door but they don’t care about retention
