Arrived at about 11 at Bristol Airport, take the first left when you enter the airport and Northside House is on your right with blue double doors. The Swissport office is up the metal stairs in that building. I parked in the visitor car park there but be warned, it's very expensive! 5.50 for more than 1 hour.
I was the first one there, there were only 4 of us, the 3 others were all interviewing for a Ramp Agent position. Staff there were very friendly, offered us all drinks and had a chat. They took our documents and asked us to fill out a rough 5 year referencing form. We then had a very simple maths test, took 5 minutes, as long as you can add and subtract you'll be fine! Next we had a presentation with facts about Swissport and the duties of the different job roles, pay, etc., and then we were interviewed. I think the assessors play it by ear each day - because we were such a small group and I was the only customer service one, we all went straight onto interviews, but I got the impression there would have been some team activities if we were a bigger group.
The interview itself was more like a bit of a casual chat - a couple scenario questions but mainly it seemed like the interviewer was just looking to get a sense of your personality and see if you'd fit in with the team, are a sociable person, etc. The interviewer was very keen because I am multilingual - obviously don't make up that you speak more languages than you do, but definitely mention it if you speak another language! I was offered the job right then and there, with training starting the following Monday. Overall the day is really low pressure, doesn't take long, and everyone is really friendly.
