Arrived for assessment along with about 30 others, then given a name sticker. Went into a small training room not enough chairs for everyone! Gave intro to role and then handed a test which had to be completed on you knee, no desk. Some were doing the test together at the back of the room.

Had a 1 to 1 interview with very friendly representatives. The interview was chill and the questions were what you’d expect- scenario based and just trying to work out if you align with their company.

Only HR were involved in the process and interview, very efficient and detailed but the lack of possibility to talk to the manager before the job was odd to me
