HR recruiter followed up with an email asking if I would like my resume sent to the Hiring Manager for that role in which I replied of course and submitted the application through the jobpage. may 10th received email that "they hadn't forgotten about me and would be following up soon." 10 days later, I send a followup and get a reply sorry for the delay, that the Hiring Manager had been on business travel is still determining who she wants to interview. I haven't heard a word from anyone since May 21, 2018. I would have preferred a simple, we have decided to go with another candidate versus no open and honest feedback especially since I had a phone screen and face to face interview for the first role and they replied with feedback for that role.
