Synapsis.id interview questions

I applied online to Synapsis.id for the position 'Jr. AI Engineer'. I am not certain how many stages were involved in the hiring process, as I eventually withdrew my application. The 1st stage consisted of two back-to-back tests: a personality test (focused on personality) and an aptitude test (focused on IQ and problem-solving involving puzzles). These were straightforward. The 2nd stage was an HR interview, which covered basic topics such as self-introduction, past experiences, and challenges I encountered in one of my previous experiences. The 3rd stage was a challenge test with a three-day deadline, which involved developing a people detection, tracking, and counting system. There were several unprofessionalism with this process. First, although the job description is about NLP and LLM, I was assigned a CV-focused challenge test instead. Second, the company took approximately two months to review my submission. Ultimately, I decided to withdraw my application. Overall, the challenge test was time consuming and there was a lack of timely communication. Based on this experience, I would advise you not to apply and save your time instead.
