3-4 interviews and 3-4 take home and on site writing test. Really long process that took 2 months and they asked so much from you. Writing tests are basically writing abstracts, prepare a presentation from a scientific article.

It was a great experience. The interviewers were very positive and had a healthy conversation. First a meeting with recruiter, then with hiring manager and at last the written exam.

I had two interview round, one with HR and one with two associate medical directors.
Interviews were very pleasant and structured. Mostly technical questions and behavioural questions largely related to the job.
