Interview
The process began with an informal interview with the recruiter. The recruiter would then pass your information along to the managers of whatever team you applied for. The interview with the manager was very relaxed. Most interview questions were “what would you do if…” questions. There was a lot of transparency on the next steps. I knew within 2 weeks whether I had the job or not.

HR associate will ask basic screening questions by phone during 30 min. Then second interview will be with 1 director, 2 AD and 1 manager.

Interview
Two stages, the first being a 20-minute phone call with the talent acquisition recruiter to check CV, language, salary expectations and availability to start.
The interview with the managers was scheduled for the following week and it was very pleasant, both were very polite and made me feel at ease. They explained their backrounds and job description and asked STAR questions.
The next day the recruiter informed me that I had been selected to join the team.
