phone interview followed by a video interview on teams, in between there were sporadic emails giving updates the time between emails was very slow making it feel like the process was uninformed

There were 3 rounds- 2 telephonic and one online test. Mostly technical knowledge was being tested. The whole process took around 2 weeks. The difficulty level was moderate. The interviewers were very good.

Telephonic interview, written assessment test ( aptitude ability and technical ) , face to face interview rounds. Brief introductory, questions related to internships and projects, more of technical questions. Great experience interviewing at kinapse from the start till the end. Made me comfortable and it was more of discussion.
