Got to final round. The interview process was very long. 3 or 4 weeks to setup each round of interviews. Some interviewers did not have prepared questions. Some interviewers when asked could not provide details of the roles and responsibilities . Some interviewers did not even interact with the person in the role. Also, there were long periods where recruiter or manager would not respond. Finally received an automated response that I did not get the role. Manager and recruiter did not follow up with a rejection note.
